Return and Refund Policy

We want every bite to be a slice of heaven! If something's not right with your order, give us a shout ASAP. Just remember, to help us fix any food-related issues, we need the pizza back at the shop for inspection. Think of it as a pizza reunion, but with a less happy ending for the pizza. 🍕😢

Third-Party Delivery Services

We've teamed up with some awesome delivery partners like eHungry, Uber Eats, and DoorDash to bring Carlucci's right to your door. Just a heads up:

• Pricing and menus might do the pizza cha-cha: Prices and what's on the menu might be a little different when you order through these services. This is because of things like service fees and special deals they might have going on.
• Data handling: Each delivery service has its own way of handling your info. We recommend checking out their privacy policies to see how they roll.
• Order issues: If something goes wrong with an order placed through a third-party, reach out to them directly. They're the pizza experts on their platforms!

Delivery Policy

• Direct Delivery: We deliver our pizza goodness within a 5-mile radius of our store. Delivery time can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on how busy we are, the weather, traffic, and if our delivery drivers are battling any rogue ninjas on the way (just kidding... maybe). For the most accurate ETA, give us a call!
• Beyond the 5-Mile Zone: If you're further out than 5 miles, give us a ring anyway! We might be able to make an exception and send a pizza your way. Or, you can always order through our delivery partners who might cover a larger area.

Accuracy and Feedback

We aim for perfection with every pizza, but sometimes even the best pizzaiolos have an off day. If you spot an error with your order, let us know right away. We appreciate your feedback – it helps us become pizza pros! Every situation is unique, and we'll handle it with care and follow our chain of command to make things right.
